Emotional entanglement. The feeling where the mind can’t decide what it wants…or it wants too much. The internal struggle between what’s proper, and what the heart desires. Primary fermentation in stainless with our house Saccharomyces, secondary with Brettanomyces in oak wine barrels, and lastly, back into stainless with guava and Azacca hops. The fruity guava, meyer lemon, and orange is balanced with pink peppercorn, spruce, and oak. It’s complex and delicate at the same time, and you’ll love it.
