A classic Belgian Blond, brewed with our house Belgian yeast, aged in white wine barrels for 17 months. Yes, you read that correctly, 17 months! The result is a beautiful, complex beer with notes of red apple, honey, and citrus, balanced by smooth graham cracker and shortbread. It’s vinous, dry, and mildly tart, reminiscent of champagne. As far as we’re concerned, this beer is the crème de la crème.
