Brilliant color and almost sparkling carbonation allows both the sweet (coming from the fruit) and the sour (coming from the special brew process) to shine in this beer. Both are reinforced by the slight saltiness from the addition of salt mimicking the salinity of the water Gose River in Germany, where the style originated.
