An experimental corn saison, aged in red wine barrels for 9 months, then fruited with bright, fresh goldenberries. Delicious and luxurious, there are notes of Chardonnay, bitter orange peel, shortbread, fresh apple skins, and Mount Rainier cherries. And to top it off, you can’t beet the sweet, earthy finish of a corn-based beer, rounded out by the complexity of aging in barrels.
