Isolation is a dark Saison barrel aged in red wine barrels for 10months. It features notes of clove spice, molasses, rye and pumpernickel, allspice berry, plum, rich dates, licorice, dark stone fruit, and earthy goodness. It comes in at 7.7% ABV, making it the perfect beer to sit snuggled on the couch with, watching the leaves and world around us change.
