Liber Novus Belgian Red Ale aged for 14 months with Brettanomyces in wine barrels. Ripe cherry, pomegranate, oak, vanilla, graham cracker and a bone-dry finish. Named after The Red Book (Liber Novus) by Carl Jung. Known as his mangnum opus, it was the central work in his oeuvre, where he wrote down his ideas, dreams, and theories.
