Brewed with our house yeast blend, “Nightmare Fuel”, this beer fermented for 5 weeks with local, organic blueberries and just a touch of vanilla. We then primed it with freshly-squeezed Meyer lemon juice to bottle condition for bright effervescence. The result is a beautifully balanced, lightly tart beer with layer-upon-layer of complexity. Delicate notes of hibiscus, angel food cake, and citrus zest. Light floral funk, mixed berries, pomegranate seed, and a lovely, vanilla dry finish.
