Aged 5 months in French oak, this beautifully complex and funky fare has notes of plum, cranberry, honeysuckle and sourdough with a hint of spice, ending with a lovely vanilla oak finish. Reminiscent of a white wine. To walk the earth is to wander, a drifter, for growth or as a punishment. While it disrupts stability and relationships, the pursuit of something (knowledge or vengence) is worth the journey.
