Long awaited, 2019 Emotional Entanglement Guava Saison is finally here!

Brewed about a year ago, this saison aged in French Oak red wine barrels for 11 months. Then we pulled it out, tossed in a whole lotta guava, and let it re-ferment in stainless tanks. Mixed-culture (not sour), and bottle conditioned. 375mL bottles releasing in both taprooms 11/1, bottle club release on 10/29.
