Grain! We save money, time, and packaging materials by having large batches of grain delivered periodically. It’s one of our “base grains” that we use in almost every beer we brew, called 2-row. It pipes into the building, gets milled in the mill room, and then sent straight over to our brewing system to be turned into wort.
