We are super stoked to announce a new partnership with Steve Goff, local owner and Head Chef at Tastee Diner in West Asheville on Haywood Road. For the past two weeks, our taproom in West AVL has played host for a brunch pop up hosted by one of Asheville’s best chefs (and one of our personal favs). 

The public is welcome to join every Saturday from 11-4 and Sunday from 1-6 for a delicious assortment of comfort foods you have come to love at Tastee Diner and a few delectable surprises only offered at Archetype. Brunch and beer, beer and brunch- however you slice it, it’s delicious, delectable and and always damn good. There will be breakfast and lunch items for sale. 

Tastee Diner has been serving the most comforting of foods to West Asheville for over seventy five years. Steve and Sam Goff took over the ownership reins of Tastee Diner in February, and plan to serve up diner classics as well as modern staples. Steve is the former Executive Chef at Jargon, and both he and his wife, Sam, have extensive experience in the restaurant and hospitality industries. 

Archetype is excited to add a weekend culinary twist to Beecham’s Curve in East West Asheville while also providing the tasty, cold brews our biggest fans have come to know and love.
